Pros
- The personalities of the people brought on board synergize very well! I give praise to the hiring managers and HR for gathering a very compatible work force! - Everyone is very friendly and respectful! - Managers are open to hearing feedback for workflow/project improvements. You feel more like "a heard voice" vs just being told to "shut up and color". - They are trusting towards employees and don't micro manage throughout development. It helps to create a good overall remote work environment.
Cons
- The compensation rate of pay is good, however, remote workers seem to be mostly kept at part time which withholds any solid work benefits. In other words, it's good if you are looking for a side gig for extra money but not so reliable as a main full time company job. - I feel like time management by the higher ups definitely needs improvement in order to provide better developer scope delivery. Too much time wasted on pre-production and planning phases vs having more proper development time. - Cons #1 + #2 lead into the challenging issue of having to deal with crunch time within part time work hour constraints.
