Pros
Upper Management is accessible & willing to speak with any employee. (doesn't mean you'll get whatever you ask for) This type of open door policy isn't everywhere. The team really cares about improving and excelling, so there are routine meetings and brain storm session on how we can all do better. Since Ford motor company has had a decrease in sales, it's been a tough year. However Wade Ford has remained committed to figuring out how to succeed where others are not. It's a minority & family owned dealership. The employees and leadership teams care about the community. There is always some type of community partnership/sponsorship opportunity. The team here really is always volunteering and giving back. Also, the CEO Steve Ewing is a legend. He's a great man to work for and a strong leader. Although he can be pretty intimidating.
Cons
Accountability is an issue. When sales are down or performance in general is suffering, people tend to blame for fear of repercussion instead of just owning up to their mistakes/shortcomings. Also compensation is usual a combination of performance based pay + salary. This isn't a bad thing at all. In fact, I prefer it. However, when others fall short (and won't own it) it will naturally affect your bottom line. Again, this isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's something to keep in mind.
