They are dedicated to their employees both as individuals and as participants in supporting their mission of decarbonization and environmental protection. Work life balance is not only supported but 110% encouraged.
Cons
As with any quickly growing International company there are growing pains and a constant need to employee, train and empower at a quicker rate. These issues are being proactively addressed but exist non the less.
