      Waga Energy was founded by three passionate climate change fighters who believe in the work they are doing. They are dedicated to their employees both as individuals and as participants in supporting their mission of decarbonization and environmental protection. Work life balance is not only supported but 110% encouraged.

      Cons

      As with any quickly growing International company there are growing pains and a constant need to employee, train and empower at a quicker rate. These issues are being proactively addressed but exist non the less.
