      Pros

      There has been a lot of positive changes in WAGO. New & existing Leadership is bringing high energy into the Company and the culture of the Company is really evolving into high performance. Teams are work together effectively reducing the 'silo' culture and there are frequent communication from the MD and Leadership Team in the 'Connection Sessions' enabling all employees to be aware of new developments and having the time to celebrate our successes. Positive things at WAGO include : Great leadership & team environment Great support on employee welfare across all levels Great opportunities to work closely with customers & partners Great opportunities to individually make a positive difference and own a project or initiative The feeling of empowerment to make suggestions and deliver on implementing it.

      Cons

      The site look a little dated currently however it is exciting to learn that there will be a new site in the future!

      Excellent company culture, pay, benefits, and products

      Cons

      Toxic colleague/counterpart. Houston has more than 1 RSM. The rest of the team and people at the company were great and really enjoyed working with each of them.
