Pros

Fair pay, excellent benefits, very clean and new facilities, good work culture (not perfect, but, overall good), not too big and not too small. Some flexibility for working at home - but it's obvious that it's not preferred.

Cons

Management's covid attitude (some might like it, considering how contentious an issue covid is), no move or interest in allowing people to work from home long term, owned by a German Company that often makes decisions that work well in Germany but are not necessarily the best practice in the US, this often make CS harder than it needs to be.

Cons

Toxic colleague/counterpart. Houston has more than 1 RSM. The rest of the team and people at the company were great and really enjoyed working with each of them.
