Great place to work at, great rate, offers more benefits than most other chains and this year we receieved contribution pay which was a % of our hours worked across the last calender year
Cons
Not a lot at this level, not much you can do to negotiate shift timings until they are availabe. the rota is very strict so you are usually stuck with what you get
