Pros
The chances for career progression are very good, the management are very supportive and where a very good job is being done will offer constant praise and in certain cirucumstances awards. The rewards and benefits of working at Waitrose are also very good, as an employee in Waitrose you are considered a partner of the firm and therefore your work affects not only the success of the company but also your level of reward.
Cons
Although this can also be seen as a positive side of the job, cross training can also be seen as a negative as you may be expected to work in different parts of the supermarket which you have been trained on but do not necessary enjoy.
