Constant Revolving Door & Poor Management - Anonymous employee Walleye Capital Employee Review

Very chaotic firm and constantly bringing people in and pushing people out. Hard to get ahold of people in HR & compliance. Additionally, I recently learned that this firm has an enormous amount of conflict of interest relating to family members all employed. The Chief Human Resources is related to Chief Legal Officer and both are related to a compliance executive along with plenty of blatant nepotism and husbands/wives/relatives reporting to each other, etc. Trading rules are very strict with no real reason behind it.
