      Least professional, hugely disappointing

      Bonus, in case you get one

      Disorganized. Chaotic senior management decisions. Family and relatives given roles at the fund. Bizarre. In 12 months went from 250 to 350 globally, while the fund returned below avg for the industry in 2023. Total lack of vision, and seemingly expertise at senior level management.

      Pros

      Competitive bonuses (if you actually get one) and remote working option. Health care coverage is average

      Cons

      Very chaotic firm and constantly bringing people in and pushing people out. Hard to get ahold of people in HR & compliance. Additionally, I recently learned that this firm has an enormous amount of conflict of interest relating to family members all employed. The Chief Human Resources is related to Chief Legal Officer and both are related to a compliance executive along with plenty of blatant nepotism and husbands/wives/relatives reporting to each other, etc. Trading rules are very strict with no real reason behind it.

      Company sets ambitious but reasonable expectations. They do actually seem to care about employee sentiment along with performance.

      Cons

      The team is a bit lean for what they are trying to accomplish but this issue is being worked on.
