Pros

Small company with a really great team, a lot of passion and belief that we are doing more than just selling products and making money. We are making an impact on the artisans in Bali and with our customers who are looking for jewelry with meaning. The day-do-day work is always changing which keeps me engaged. The management also allows the ability to work remotely, so it provides a little extra flexibility for work life balance than most other companies out there.

Cons

It's a small and young company, so compared to bigger ones out there with a lot of processes and budget it doesn't have the same level of structure or external partner service levels. If these matter to you and/or you need them to be able to do a good job you may not like it here.

Pros

- Competitive Pay - Fixed Schedules (somewhat)

Cons

- Zero Communication about the safety or security of your job - Temper tantrums from a CEO - Irresponsible management or just shifting management - Lies, upon lies. - Multiple managers over short periods of time. I worked at Wanderer Bracelets for a year and then some. About 1.5 years and over that time I had seen 2 general manager changes, 2 bookkeeper/hr changes and countless staff changes. This company is not afraid to lay-off it's employees EN MASS, 4-10 employees at a time and there's no warning for this. Our last days we were treated like animals to slaughter, everyone knew except for us. Management is inconsistent, small things that shouldn't be problems are, like having a manager for a customer service department. Expect to go long stretches with no clear direction and then subsequently fired. There's also a feeling of elitism, they want a certain "type" of person and if you don't fit that mold chances are you'll be let go.
