Pros
-Remote work from home which is a big plus
If you’re inbetween jobs and just want to kill time to have a little income, then this is a good start, but don’t take the place too seriously.
Cons
- Zero career advancement. No literally there is no career advancement, there is no where to go, the company is too small, which is fine, but the management has huge expectations not realistic or proportional to what the company really is.
- A group of people with nonsensical expectations and no management skills
- Everyday they wake up and decide to place new rules. Protocols and manuals literally change everyday.
- Nepotism
- Poor pay that does not equate or come close to similar jobs in the market
