Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback which we have carefully reviewed. Whilst we appreciate your candour, we must express our deep disappointment regarding the serious points you've made against our organisation and some of our team. We are deeply saddened and concerned to see this, especially after you’ve left our employment without raising your concerns.
We work hard to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all our employees, where everyone is treated with respect, and we believe in the integrity and commitment of our management team. We will always look for ways to improve but find it impossible to stand by and accept unevidenced and defamatory comments that tarnish the reputation of our organisation, our employees and the values that define us.
We take pride in our standards and commitment to honesty, transparency, and accountability, and would hope that our employee and client testimonials more than demonstrate this.
