My Co-op experience - Office Administrator Ward Technology Talent Employee Review

WTT is probably the best working experience I have had in my career so far. When I was at WTT we were a team of six people and growing steadily. The work environment was great, a nice mix of work and play! The senior management gave myself and others the freedom to make our own decisions and work for the company as if it was our own. I found this entrepreneurial environment very motiving and encouraging, and felt empowered by the management to get the job done. I was always supported by the business with anything I felt the business could benefit from (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter accounts) and can honestly say I would not be where I am today in my career without working at Ward Tech Talent. The team also benefitted from the vast recruiting experience each board member brought to the table. During the time I worked there Ward Tech Talent were successful in setting up the Mobile Learning Lab to give back to the mobile community in Toronto. I'm delighted to see it's still going today, big congrats to everyone involved! For me it was a hugely positive experience to be part of the team that set up the MLL. I would highly recommend WTT to any young, go-getting professional who is looking for an opportunity make a name for themselves in recruitment. It's an ethical, forward-thinking and exciting company that is doing great things. As an employee you will be given the opportunity to bring your own ideas and experience to the table to help shape the future of the company. A great opportunity for the right person.

Clients- Best in the business Company provides everything what an employee wants supportive environment, work-life balance, great location, Perks, bonus, party, events and zero politics, this makes Ward Technology a unique one and it develops the sense of ownership and dedication within us. Focused employees led by great leaders, good interactions across the team, and are ready to help whenever you need. We discuss with management, we actively participated in decision making, and anyone can suggest ideas which can help us to work better. In fact, our CEO would continuously interact and talks one to one on regular basis. You can't get such supportive management in any organization. If you want to join a small, effective, cool, fast growing company for your career where you can really contribute, learn and grow and where the talent is appreciated at every point of time. This is the place for you. Finally, the organization cares for their employee which makes Ward Technology a great place to work.
