Pros
I was working at WTT for the past 4 months, and I loved every single day I was there. At the end of my co-op term, there were about 10 amazing, and highly intelligent individuals that was working there, and it was definitely difficult for me to leave. So, I will try my best to list some of the pros working at WTT, but I know it won't do them too much justice, as everything listed will probably be an understatement:
- The work environment is quite young, very open, casual, and culturally diverse
- Monthly company events held outside of the office (for the last one we went to was Go-Karting!)
- Senior management is very helpful and resourceful, and takes any advice in improving the company as a whole very seriously
- You have the opportunity to directly impact the company's success
- HUGE opportunity for the sales/recruitment team to make TONS of money
- An amazing group of people to work with; very supportive and understanding
- Looks for different ways to give back to the community
- Amazing office location, with almost everything you need within walking distance
- Recruiting done right the first time
I highly recommend working at WTT to anyone that is interested. Whether you're working in sales, recruitment, or the administrative side, WTT is a company you should definitely check out. Give your inputs, ideas, thoughts, and plans, because the CEO will seriously take them all into consideration.
I really felt I was part of a family, and not just an employee of a company. Join the team and witness all of this yourself, because this review truly won't bring out how amazing it was to work at WTT. Go and experience it yourself.
Cons
There were honestly no cons of working here... I enjoyed all 4 months that I have worked at WTT.
