Pros

Work from home, company stipend for internet

Cons

Too many to list but management is terrible, They say no set schedule but if you don’t start by 8:00AM they immediately start messaging you, they say they don’t want you working over 8 hours a day but give you the workload for a 12 hour day. They advertise to be a software company but most of the dealerships using them are not even on the platform “software” . Extremely micromanaged, constant video meetings multiple times a day you can’t even work, it’s ridiculous.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience during your time with us, and we do take all feedback seriously. We strive to create a supportive and flexible work environment, despite the pressures of a rapidly growing company (over 125% growth last year). We continuously balance workloads and ensure effective communication without causing undue stress. Regarding schedule flexibility, we understand that this might not have been your experience, but we are always evaluating our current practices. The WarrCloud technology platform is the first of its kind in the world and has won numerous awards. Not all OEM’s and DMS’s are connected to the platform, for those who have been for some time we typically see 40-50% complete claims automation, with a majority of the remaining claims receiving some automation. We are committed to expanding our software solutions and continuously onboard clients as quickly as possible. Should you have any additional feedback, please write us at info@warrcloud.com. Thank you again for your time and for your contributions while at our company.

Pros

Working here has been one of the most energizing professional experiences I’ve had. The company is 100% remote, which gives me the freedom to design my day in a way that supports both productivity and balance. The health insurance is fully covered, which is rare and deeply appreciated. I’m surrounded by bright, talented team members who genuinely care about the work and about each other. There’s a high level of autonomy and flexibility, and you’re trusted to deliver without being micromanaged. What I value most is the ability to contribute meaningfully. It truly feels like a blank canvas, where your ideas can shape real outcomes and your work has visible impact. Despite being remote, there’s a strong sense of community — people show up for each other, collaborate generously, and celebrate wins together.

Cons

I’ve worked here long enough to know that WarrCloud isn’t the right fit for everyone. The pace is fast, and there’s a constant level of change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities that can feel overwhelming if you prefer highly structured environments. Processes aren’t always fully defined, and you often have to build the path as you walk it. If you need predictability, step‑by‑step direction, or a traditional corporate playbook, this may feel uncomfortable. That said, if you’re someone who thrives with autonomy, enjoys free thinking, and sees change as an opportunity rather than a disruption, you’ll find this to be an environment where you can truly grow and excel. The freedom to shape your role, influence outcomes, and operate with a high degree of ownership is a core part of the culture — but it requires a level of self‑direction and adaptability that not everyone enjoys.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and perspective. We appreciate you recognizing several of the areas we’ve worked hard to build, including remote flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative team environment. Creating a workplace where employees feel supported, trusted, and empowered to contribute is important to us, particularly as we continue to grow in a fast-moving and evolving part of the industry. We also appreciate your constructive feedback and will continue investing in our people, processes, and overall employee experience as we grow.

Pros

The hiring process was very laid back and any experienced admin would think it was a great opportunity.

Cons

The. you get hit with a week full of power points and then paired with a “trainer” that is so overloaded that you’re nothing but a bother and told this is how I do things but I’ll never get fired so do the opposite. week two of “training” you’ll most likely be given stores that were threatening to cancel and excepted to clean up the what the previous admin didn’t do because they quit and then eventually you will learn the rest of what is expected through management when then tell you your suppose to be doing this and then realize you were never shown or taught the Warrcloud way but they did mention it on a clip on day 2 of training for all of 6 seconds . The dealerships do not respect you and management/leads will set you up to fail almost immediately because you should already know everything. Team meetings were nothing but complaints and negativity towards the company with absolutely no resolution because of a process that essentially takes away from the dealerships (the reason they’re in business) future employees RUN and for the current employees please stop wasting 60+ hours a week of your life because your comfortable and think you made friends.
