      Employed partners can become shareholders in the company and have more input in governance than other companies.

      Cons

      Salary is ok but retirement plan is far better than anything out there, except DOD and federal government.

      Benefits are appropriate. Support staff is awesome.

      Cons

      Limited physician and patient autonomy regarding health screenings and treatment of chronic conditions. Very narrow focus on statistics / numbers and not on what is important to patients or providers.
