Pros
I've been able to come in, grow quickly into a management role, feeling a sense of dependability from Management and fulfillment. From my personal experience, leadership acknowledged all my skill sets and try to further enhance them. One thing I really love is that this company isnt an environment where you are supposed to know everything and if you dont you are almost looked down upon. Leadership and colleagues are always willing to help and learn together. But having previous operations/ equipment experience goes an extremely long way. The company is always giving back small gestures to associates, and overall I really dont have anything really negative to say.
Cons
The only cons I can think of is sometimes cross-functionally we depend on other teams to help follow through a process and you are met with some challenge in communication and delivery of completion but, that is frankly in any job.
