Pros
Being able to handle a multitude of brands.
Cons
Watchfinder is now owned by Richemont but still run like a market stall! So you'd think by the TV adverts and online presence Watchfinder would be a great place to work.... Wrong, The company is forever under staffed, in store your lucky to receive any training whatsoever. Absolutely 0 respect for staff, little to no security training. You are expected to give your heart and soul to the job, in return you will receive very little! Unrealistic targets and no compromises in relation to this no matter how hard you or your team work. Higher management is non existant, you'll hear from them on the odd occasion via email. Back stabbing and blame culture. If your face doesn't fit then you'll be left to your own devices with NO support. The company gives no product training, the staff are glorified retail workers working well over 43 hours per week with no sick pay or perks. No fixed staff discount, watches available at discount dependant on how well you 'Fit in' Long hours on your feet, constant maintenance issues in store that go ignored and un dealt with.
