For most people progression has been non-existent for the past year, but it really depends on who you're friends with, as if you're in the right circles promotions seem to happen outside of review times. Pay is stagnant and below market rate. No adjustment to inflation, and you generally have to fight tooth and nail to get a 2% pay bump every couple of years. Used to be better, has got worse in the last 2 years.
