Highly egotistical and toxicly masculine culture. The behaviour of some members on ski trip, work nights out, and even during company meetings was revolting and sexist.. yet praised within the company. Such a shame as there were some great people in the organisation. The pay is not worth the high workload and you are expected to work long hours - my manager would actually question when I left on time. It's also a nightmare trying to get promoted. If you aren't a big, laddy personality - you won't succeed.
