Pros

Two times free tea in a day Yes.. You read it correct Thats the only good thing in this worst company

Cons

Countless number of flaws 1. Switch off your mobiles before entering.. They don't care if you have an emergency call from your home or friends because that is your problem 2. Engineers.. Oh God... They hire from Premium Institutions like NIT and make them do the job which makes them forget everything they have learned 3. Your job is to call a random person and make his/her mind empty and make them buy the company's services . It is okay to convince them. But after they pay their basic services (lasts for three months ) this company asks for more money just after 10 days. If they don't pay they will behave harshly with them and stops the services. If you are ethical then think about it. If you are not think once if anyone does this to you. 4. You will be hired as a Business Analyst and will be given a sales job(not bad) but there should be some challenges for not getting bored. Even if you get promotions you do the same job(calling some random people and make them fool.. Otherwise you will be scolded by them😜) 5. Coming to the top management.. They are managers because they stayed there for 4-5 years(usually people dont work there for more than 3months if they are willing to build their career) 6. If you are damn sure that you will not get any other job you go for it(I dont because even a labour work gives me satisfaction)

Pros

Being in initial or for fresher it's a good advisory company which his having provide good learning training plateform to fresher about stock market .

Cons

Not work for the growth , all are working for earning revenue in wrong way because they are not deliver service to client after taking service charges from client only taking again and again money from client but not deliver services because of the fear of loss of client , they all think that if they provide service to client and if client was getting loss so again client is not paying money therefore they are not deliver service only ask for taking money to client each time by fake reaching so here working is not same occur as compare to different all the advisories and that's the main reason for his earning more revenue profit company . Ways of doing sales in this company is fake manners not creative sales they all are doing so want to change working style otherwise it is problematic for his future
