Pros

Lot of learnings. As we mostly deal with 20-30 yrs old, I learnt a lot about customer handling.

Cons

Nothing as such. Work is manageable, slightly stressful during season time when every student wants you to prioritise their process.

Pros

Guys believe me, I applied for atleast 300 jobs on Internshala before getting into WeMakeScholars. And I am someone who went to a decent college, has above 80s in all my acads, had an internship experience, but still after BBA, I wasn’t getting offered more than 15k for any meaningful job. Those offering higher than 15k were all night shifts or BPOs. It was kind of unbelievable for me when I got this job, I mean 22k, day shift job and a role where I know what I am doing and some good learnings, was the best possible combination.

Cons

To all those who are looking for cons here, just go and start finding a job and you will know how you are ghosted by most legit companies and how you are followed up by only illegit job scammers. WeMakeScholars doesn’t have any cons. I have been working here since 8 months and it was one of the best career starts I could dream for.

Pros

Many companies promise incentives and fail to deliver. I Saw many of my friends getting delayed incentives after months. But, here the incentives are paid on time and punctual. Even the salaries are paid on a punctual basis which is why I respect this organization the most. The job role is also fine and as a fresher, I think the learnings are decent.

Cons

There are proper rules and regulations implemented in the organization, which is not bad to maintain a healthy culture. But, at times, you miss something unknowingly and may end up in a penalty. I faced it a couple of times in the first month, but now I’ve learned to avoid and abide by it. The initial few days will be a little difficult to cope with new rules as I’m a fresher directly from campus. But, with practice, it's not that difficult either.
