Had my own office, after I asked for one of the empty offices rather than be crowded in a room with a bunch of other people.

Very low pay, no benefits

The employees in the office are great to work with. We became a family together.

Management was inconsistent, it's all about the bottom line and making money, never wanted to give an update on an account - nothing ever seemed good enough. I was made to feel incredibly guilty if any time was requested off, majorly needs an HR team there for all the inconsistencies. Such a high stress level working environment.
