Pros
I have worked for WealthMark Advisors for more then 7 years and I have been blessed to work for a company that allows me to grow and advance. We are always embarking on new projects and every week is different. I have moved up and grown up with a company that continues to grow with me every day.
Cons
If you want to come to work and just do the exact same thing every day and never be challenged then this is not the job for you. You must be willing to push yourself to the next level. Everyone on our team works extremely hard. We all do multiple things at one time.

The employees in the office are great to work with. We became a family together.
Cons
Management was inconsistent, it's all about the bottom line and making money, never wanted to give an update on an account - nothing ever seemed good enough. I was made to feel incredibly guilty if any time was requested off, majorly needs an HR team there for all the inconsistencies. Such a high stress level working environment.
