      Pros

      Travel and meeting new faces in all aspects of manufacturing.

      Cons

      Awful management. The upper sales management changes direction with their game plan often. This company display's more loyalty to their rep sales groups than their direct employees. My opinion is that management teams lacks qualified experience to lead a direct sales team.

      Gave me the opportunity to learn and add to my skillset over many years, Great leadership team.

      Cons

      Although most the benefits are great, the health insurance wasn't my favorite.

      Pros

      Wearwell is very laid back. The Managers are readily accessible, offering guidance when needed without micromanaging.

      Cons

      Being a small company, the benefits are not the greatest.
