Pros

Travel and meeting new faces in all aspects of manufacturing.

Cons

Awful management. The upper sales management changes direction with their game plan often. This company display's more loyalty to their rep sales groups than their direct employees. My opinion is that management teams lacks qualified experience to lead a direct sales team.

Unless you enjoy working in a miserable environment that leaves you feeling exhausted all the time, there's no pros working for Wearwell.

Cons

There's no semblance of work life balance at Wearwell. You'll be dealing with colossal workloads, chasing unreasonable deadlines, and impossible demands. Not to mention you'll have to constantly put up with the horrible attitudes of the management, whose sole purpose is to make the lives of employees as miserable as possible.
