      Pros

      The company genuinely fosters a supportive, family orientated culture. There’s a strong appreciation for work–life balance, with hybrid working encouraged across the group, which makes a real difference day to day. Salaries are in line with market standards, and one of the standout benefits is the annual profit share bonus (subject to eligibility). It’s a meaningful gesture that recognises everyone’s contribution over the year. Senior management are transparent and approachable, providing business updates twice a year, including insights into the 5 year plan and overall strategy. The organisation also offers a variety of social events throughout the year, all funded by the business, which helps strengthen connections across teams.

      Cons

      There is room for improvement when it comes to internal mobility. As with many organisations, the process can feel slow, unclear, and overly complicated. Better communication and a more streamlined approach would make a big difference.

      Pros

      Weatherby's has a friendly and supportive working environment with colleagues always being approachable. Teamwork and attending team events is encouraged which creates a positive and productive workplace. Its a good place to work and has a family feel to it, The company has a long standing reputation in the industry which makes it feel a stable place to work. Weatherby's offers a wide variety of roles and opportunities to progress as well as on the job learning. High standards are maintained across the bank.

      Cons

      Progression opportunities can feel unclear or not well structured making it harder to plan long-term career growth. Processes and systems may take time to evolve which can impact efficiency. Certain parts of the bank can be particularly busy creating pressure on teams at times. At times communication between departments or senior leadership could be improved for better alignment.
