Pros
It's a family atmosphere and overall the people are good to work with. They diversify their business well and even though there are tough times (as most manufacturers have), they know how to navigate them to stay afloat and rise back up.
Cons
You can encounter a bit of a old boys network with management, but HR is quick to look into situations that are not appropriate if you talk with them. Most people don't want to rock the boat though and usually situations don't change, but if you are willing to take some heat then you can make a difference.
