Pros
You get to work with some smart, passionate people. The work is exciting and clients are interesting. Colleagues treat you like a real person and not just a part of the machine. While leadership isn’t perfect, I greatly respect them.
Cons
It’s a large company, so it can get easy to get lost in the noise. Because of that, there can be some red tape to get promotions or salary increases.
