      There is a lot of emphasis on employee input, flexible hours, and team building. The company also promotes a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      The pay is not commensurate with the work. Also, there appears to be uneven criteria used by staff when it comes to promotions and salary increases.

      Can't thank of any, other than being very busy. But I had a wonderful time. The team your with really shapes your experience.
