Pros
-Great benefits (including ample paid time off and overtime if under a certain level) -Good client list -Rooftop in New York office
Cons
-No work life balance (even though you’re given many PTO days, managers and teams don’t respect them) -Highly political environment -HR and practice leads receive complaints but very little is done to address them -Gossip prone culture -Your entire experience depends on which account you’re on - some are great, but the majority of teams are understaffed and members are overworked
