Pros

Generally nice and talented coworkers, remote capability, big name clients for portfolio work. For a creative professional, having big name clients can be a game changer. They encourage you using your pto and taking a step back when you need it.

Cons

Organization can be lacking, leading to intense days (and nights) of work to get things out in time. Really can be a 4 hour day or a 12 hour day due to lack of communication from CX. I'd say to avoid this, to just get everything done as fast as possible.
