Working here was the most toxic work environment that I've ever experienced. Everyone in the office was always on edge because you never knew whether Kirt would show up in a good mood, or a bad mood and threaten to fire the entire staff. Prior to starting, I read an article posted by the Nashville Scene, which contained comments from past employees. Come to find out that every comment on there was true. Kirt was unstable and made the lives of employees downright miserable. The turnover rate is awful, and employees are always coming and going. Kirt loves change and if he gets burned out on an employee, he will basically force them to quit by making their life a living hell. I would never recommend anyone to work here, unless you want to belittled, disrespected and work for a shark with little to no morals.
