      Pros

      Some pros are flexible schedule, benefits if you are full time, and most of the co-workers are friendly and qualified. Good place to start out if you don't have much experience. Most of the clients are good to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management is not very good, employees have paychecks shorted sometimes, there is a productivity quota that you must maintain to keep a salary. The environment is not very friendly, even though it is a non-profit it feels more like a corporation.

      Being able to help people is rewarding.

      Cons

      This is the most unethical place you could ever work at. Employees forge signatures, tell members they should walk into traffic, and supervisors are sexually inappropriate. They will over work you for days on end. There is no professionalism or ethical standards here. There was a dead body found in a basement of one of the centers due to negligence of workers and supervisors.
