They literally paid $12 an hour with no growth prospects. Worked in person during the height of the pandemic with no extra pay. There was no increase in pay while therapist got an increase. There was no real management which left it up to Support Staff to manage themselves. They create a rift between sights to intentionally make us not want to talk with each other. For example tell us that D &A got paid more or did better numbers than mental health and vise versa. If you made a complaint it was told to the rest of upper management and you were bullied and iced out at meetings. HR is not your friend.
