Cons
It's very hard to find something negative to say. One inconvenient would just be, as with any high-growing company that sometimes there are times when it gets extremely busy and you have to be on top of things 100% as resources are scarce, but it's cyclic, there are also other times when it gets calm and you can focus on improving processes/ pushing forward your projects. So not really a negative..
