Pros
Overtime! However, an obvious pro because they do not pay enough in salary. Some of the best attorneys that I ever worked with are greatly missed. Atmosphere was laid back until HR started walking around conducting a "daycare" check. Beautiful offices, wonderful holiday parties and gatherings and pretty good benefits.
Cons
Hired friends and family get a multitude of perks and chances to correct mistakes or wrong doings. Others, you are out the door with "skid-marks!" HR is incompetent and biased!
