Pros

I loved the team I worked with, we were a well oiled machine and as close to perfect as you could get. We all shared the same values as Welbe and shared the same work ethic.

Cons

I can’t truthfully leave a star. Welbe’s heart is in the right place but their entire toxic upper management team needs to go, including the medical director. There is no support only toxic waste coming from them. Policies changed constantly, without proper warning or adequate training. We were told that we were working too hard and we were going to burn out. Management is spread between multiple facilities leaving lower management to juggle many task, leaving them unable to support their staff or complete their work. Medical director did not train or support oncoming providers leaving them to struggle to do their job and properly care for participants.
