Pros
Management is wonderful!! The company leadership is very committed to making this a company that really does work as one to improve patient care and I feel as if they really do care about the patient's that they care for and also for their employees. Benefits are great for employees!!!
Cons
I really have not experienced any cons while working for this company. The work schedule can increase at times of high patient census, but that is really to be expected in order to give excellent patient care with medical records that are ready and up-to-date for caregivers to review when making medical decisions for their patients.
