Strong goals to be a leader in the Greater Houston market; some talented individual contributors. Tech-forward organization with good exposure to cutting edge technology that serves as a good stepping stone to future opportunities.

Management Gap: Significant incompetence within the non-member-facing segments. Leadership lacks the vision to retain the talent they claim to want. ​The RTO Bait-and-Switch: The credit union recruits top-tier Houston talent only to "pull the rug out" with rigid RTO mandates, ignoring the flexibility modern professionals require. ​Stagnation & Nepotism: Promotions are rare for internal high-performers. Leadership frequently hires less-qualified external candidates based on personal relationships rather than merit. ​Retention Crisis: Constant churn across all departments is a direct reflection of a culture that doesn't value or provide opportunity for its staff.
