Great place to work! - Proposal Writer Welligent Employee Review

I've worked at Welligent for 9 months now. I enjoy being a part of a company and team that encourages and mentors me to achieve my full potential. My work has purpose and meaning and I take pleasure in knowing that my personal contribution makes a difference when helping our customers. Upper Management and the CEOs truly care for their employees' well-beings and from what I've seen so far, they are great at building good working relationships with employees and our customers at all levels. The option to work from home is a plus!

Could be better with Communicating, Needs Company Wide Meetings at least Quarterly.
