      Welligent has a supportive culture and great leadership. The work is rewarding and impactful. The company offers employees benefits such as unlimited PTO, remote work, a flexible work schedule, and more.

      Cons

      Because Welligent is a small, growing company, the work environment is fast-paced and prone to change. For some, this makes work more rewarding; however, those who prefer a slower or more predictable workplace may not thrive here.

      Pros

      I've worked at Welligent for 9 months now. I enjoy being a part of a company and team that encourages and mentors me to achieve my full potential. My work has purpose and meaning and I take pleasure in knowing that my personal contribution makes a difference when helping our customers. Upper Management and the CEOs truly care for their employees' well-beings and from what I've seen so far, they are great at building good working relationships with employees and our customers at all levels. The option to work from home is a plus!
