WFH 2 days a week

Horrible management and leadership from the very top down. Saw over 20 people quit in my department alone in 9 months. The higher ups are unbearable to work for. A bunch of nepotism plagues the company. It’s cool not to produce as long as you’re friend or family. They just hired a senior sales manager who quit within 2 months.
