      It is a good company if you want to just come and get your money.

      Everything is very slow. One device was built over 10 years.

      Pros

      Autonomy, fantastic leadership and the ability to grow and explore professional potential. This organization truly lives into its values.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to do - but for someone who is directed and ambitious this is more of an opportunity than a drawback. Salaries are lower than because Wello is a non-profit but the work/life balance and the intrinsic reward of doing amazing and innovative work makes up for that gap.
