Pros
Autonomy, fantastic leadership and the ability to grow and explore professional potential. This organization truly lives into its values.
Cons
There is a lot of work to do - but for someone who is directed and ambitious this is more of an opportunity than a drawback. Salaries are lower than because Wello is a non-profit but the work/life balance and the intrinsic reward of doing amazing and innovative work makes up for that gap.
