They are flexible in the sources for ideas and are willing to adapt successful tools from other disciplines. Wellspring will devote substantial resources to develop a new product. They are very forthright and very client oriented. The client always comes first. There is no resource that they will not expend to deliver a top product at a fair price.

The ownership is concentrated with the two founders of Wellspring. So, equity participation is not available.
