      Pay is comparable to other markets.

      No appreciation from management, especially from upper management. Management is completely out of touch with the daily workings of the company. All they care about it money and not their employees.

      I work remote. I can flex my hours slightly. No phone. Must have own computer. Must go in once a month to get paperwork

      The pay is low for where I am.
