A very hard working, competitive work environment. Every day you are given the opportunity to complete new exciting tasks, you never get stuck with the same boring job all day every day. All of the employees at Welsh Enterprises are very friendly and are willing to help you if you need help or are not sure of how to do a job. The senior management is very friendly and understanding. If you need to request a day off or call off because of family or just need to adjust your schedule in any way they normally will be glad to work with you. Overall it is a very interesting and exciting job especially if you enjoy automobiles.

The only possible downside to working at Welsh Enterprises is that there is a lot of work to be done and you will be kept busy all day. There's not a lot of down time but in a way being kept busy does make the day go by faster.

Company won’t be around for much longer.

Major trust issues. Customer service near zero. Employee treatment even worse.
