      Pros

      Retirement plan, if that's what you want to call it. Profit sharing... Ha "sharing"

      Cons

      I hope you like being treated with no respect for any work that you've completed by the Principle Operator. To many sexual innuendos, "jokingly" I should mention how "jokingly" it is to be made fun by your boss. The discrimation performed by the Operator/Owner is a distasteful shrug off to the historical car community. If you'd like to be treated like dirt, get made fun of, and having a demmening boss. This is the place for you.

      Pros

      Decent health insurance . Steady schedule.

      Cons

      Cheap management won't give raises. Boss has bad temper and publicly humiliates employees. Uses cameras to spy on employees. Low pay. Threatens people about losing there job because of little mistakes. Extreme micromanagement. Asks employees to spy on other employees.
